Guests can explore over 200km of varied mountain biking trails through our private wilderness, or opt for the exhilaration of a heli-biking experience on a purpose-built 10km track with a spectacular 2,500ft descent and epic views of Tongariro National Park.

This is close to mountain biking heaven and combined with luuxury camping at our Safari Camp must be the perfect mountain biking retreat.

Poronui also offers a unique Maori cultural experience on neighbouring Tuwharetoa tribal land. Kai Waho is an unparalleled food and wilderness experience with Tom Loughlin.
