Poronui Retreat Package NZ$2,590 per couple
Escape to the spectacular back country wilderness of Poronui for two nights of pampering, fun, and relaxation.
Arrive at the legendary Poronui Lodge, check in and relax. Pre dinner drinks and canapés at 7pm are followed by a delicious dinner.
Next morning participate in a day filled with your personal program of guided activities.
Choose from the wide range on offer at Poronui – fishing, hiking, horse riding, ECO tours, eeling, sporting clays, archery, target shooting, small game and deer hunting or relaxing massages or facials.
Return to the lodge for refreshments and dinner. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast the following morning prior to departure.
This special package includes two nights shared accommodation for two people at the Lodge, all meals, an open bar and one day of guided activities.
This Package is available 1st October to 31st December 2011 and 15th March to 31st December 2012.

Christmas at Poronui NZ$1,870 per couple
Spend the festive season at Poronui – a complete relaxation with all the Christmas trimmings. Let us do the organising and cooking while you simply unwind.
Arrive on Christmas Eve, check in and relax. Pre dinner drinks and canapés will be served in the snooker room followed by a delicious dinner in our atmospheric underground wine cellar.
On Christmas morning, enjoy a leisurely champagne breakfast, a picnic lunch, followed by Christmas dinner in the Lodge. Boxing Day breakfast with us and depart with renewed energy to continue your holidays.
This package includes two nights double accommodation, dinner Christmas Eve and Christmas night, country breakfasts, a picnic lunch and an open bar. Bring your walking shoes! Guided activities and massages are also available but not included in the package price.

Wilderness Horse Riding at Poronui NZ$1,025pp
Ride the Poronui tracks through virgin native beech, exotic forest and open grassland. With 16,000 acres to explore the riding can suit both the novice and intermediate/advanced rider.
Stay in our rustic-luxe Safari Camp, eat under the stars and toast marsh-mallows on the camp-fire embers. Fall asleep to the mesmerising sound of the famous Mohaka River, in this completely tranquil wilderness.
Your personal guide is very skilled in horsemanship, knows every inch of the property, is passionate about the outdoors, humorous and fun to be with.
